Campbelltown and the wider Macarthur area are right in our backyard. We're based in South West Sydney, and we regularly run marquees, chairs and tables out to Ingleburn, Leumeah, Rosemeadow, Glenfield, Minto and Macquarie Fields.
We set up for 21sts, engagements, baby showers, wakes, school and sports club days, and the Christmas parties that happen at every second house in December. Spring is busy here, so if your date falls in October or November, get your quote in early.

Sizes that suit Campbelltown backyards
Many Campbelltown homes sit on generous suburban blocks, which suits the 6 m wide marquees. A 6x6 covers 36 m², which seats about 40 in rows or 30 at long tables, and a 6x9 or 6x12 handles a full family party with a food table. In townhouses and smaller lots, a single 6x3 or 3x3 over the patio adds shade and shelter without taking over the yard.
Sloping yards are common in parts of Campbelltown. If your yard has a slope, mention it in the quote form or send a photo so we can check the best spot before the day.
| Size (m) | Floor area | Legs | Standing | Seated in rows | At long tables |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 6x3 | 18 m² | 6 | ~24 | ~20 | ~15 |
| 8x4 | 32 m² | 6 | ~42 | ~35 | ~26 |
| 6x6 | 36 m² | 9 | ~48 | ~40 | ~30 |
| 6x9 | 54 m² | 12 | ~72 | ~60 | ~45 |
| 6x12 | 72 m² | 15 | ~96 | ~80 | ~60 |
Guest numbers are an approximate guide using common industry rules of thumb: about 0.75 m² a person standing, 0.9 m² seated in rows, and 1.2 m² at long tables. Allow less if you add a bar, buffet or dance floor.

Delivery and access in Campbelltown
Before setup, move the cars out of the driveway so we can back the ute up, and clear the side path. If the only way into the yard is through the house or up a set of stairs, tell us when you book. Full details are in our small print.
Thinking of a public spot like Mawson Park or Koshigaya Park, or a stall in the season around the Festival of Fisher's Ghost? Events on public land usually need approval from Campbelltown City Council first. Once you have the booking, we'll set up to suit the site conditions.
