Guest numbers are an approximate guide using common industry rules of thumb: about 0.75 m² a person standing, 0.9 m² seated in rows, and 1.2 m² at long tables. Allow less if you add a bar, buffet or dance floor.

Walls on or off

Walls are optional, panel by panel. Leave them off for airflow on a warm day, or put the back and ends up to block wind, sun or a nosy neighbour. If you want to take them down during the event, fold them into the bag we leave so they stay clean.

What can I fit under a 6x3 marquee?

As a guide, about 24 standing, 20 seated in rows or 15 at long tables. It also covers a food and drinks area well, or a few 6ft trestle tables.

Will a 6x3 fit my backyard?

The frame is 6 m × 3 m, leg to leg, with a 3.9 m peak. Measure the clear space, allow room to walk around it, and check for branches or eaves overhead.

Can I add walls to a 6x3?

Yes. Walls are optional on every side. Many people choose the back wall only, or the back and one side.
